SYMPAN was involved in the pre-sales, architectural designs, post-sales, customer meetings with key stakeholders to gather requirement to create the high-level solution overview and present to executive level. They led a team of SMEs and designed and managed the Group 2 vendor integration designs.

SYMPAN was setting budgets for the VCCC hospital infrastructure project and was present at all ICT strategic meetings with State Government and State Government external consultants.
