Arthur provided his experienced consultative services to review the existing Austin Health telecommunications to identify risks to service provision and recommend actions to reduce or eliminate these risks. Analysis of existing audited items and provide risk register with recommended controls and actions. Created a risk register highlighted consequences if the risks were not controlled. Create residual risk register highlighting the risk ratings after recommendation are implemented. Provide audit document and present to ICT director and executive board.

Arthur is currently reviewing existing ICT services and provide a gap analysis report for the update of a unified communications system and is working with OPTUS to provide redundant telephony services through a TPAMs program.
